Fantastic service from Tim & Marshall, they helped us move from a 3 bed to a 4 bed 10 minutes away.

I had packed "suboptimally", and they were able to move those awkward to carry boxes and bags down 4 flights of stairs!!

These guys helped me move my collection of pinball machines and did a great job, despite their size and weight. I couldn't have been happier, an excellent company to deal with.

Moved today. These guys were great. They arrived on time at 9am in two vans, shifted a 5 bed/3 storey house in 3-4 hours, and unloaded 4 miles away into the new house. Nothing was too much trouble, they were happy to put everything wherever we asked and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. They took care of our stuff and were professional and trustworthy. A good outfit at a decent price. A huge thank you. We are more than happy to recommend you to others.

Leon and Jacob did a fantastic job of my move to a second floor flat. A swift, courteous service, nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Went with Hero for a recent home move, a fantastic team and service - arrived on time, worked so efficiently whilst also making sure nothing was scuffed or damaged. And all done within the 3 hour booking window! Would definitely book again and recommend - thank you for all your hard work and help.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. James, James and Leon helped us move the contents of our 3 bedroom house and honestly couldn't have done any any better! They were fast and efficient, and also very polite and friendly. Not one thing got damaged, I would recommend this company to anyone!

Top notch services provided by Hero. I had to move a few items and the guys were fantastic. James and the other guy (sorry forgot his name) provided a great service. They were very respectful, kind and provided everything in a timely manner. I will definitely be coming back if I or anyone I know need anything moved.

Hi, just a huge shoutout to the 2 James’ that came to move us to our new property, last Friday 5th July. They worked so hard to fit everything onto the van, even though they’d been sent with a smaller one than was actually needed. They were a couple of miracle workers!

Moved from a 2 story house into a flat with a dropoff in the middle of the move. Had 2 lads called Tim and Jay and they were both top tier. Great experience in moving the heavier items and everything was placed in the correct rooms. Great service from them both. Highly recommend Hero to anyone! Sorry it was a top floor flat! :D

On time prompt good at there job

Not the best movers I've used. Claimed they hadn't been paid the day before, when they'd been paid a month in advance. Which added to my worries. They damaged items and didn't have the lists I'd sent to them meaning they had to keep asking what was going, despite stuff being labelled. The movers complained they'd been over worked recently and apologised to my partner for being moody with me.

I was quoted £450 for a 5 hour move but I was worried it would take longer, so offered to pay up front for extra hours just in case, no refund needed if it takes less time. It took 6 hours and the guys were efficient, if sulky.

I wrote to Matt the next day to let him know I was disappointed in the attitude and experience and I was dismissed. An apology would have sufficed.

All in all I'd much rather pay more money for cortueous and careful movers in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of John's service's for a third time. As always, the guys he sent were fantastic and worked their socks off....big thank you to Craig, Mark & Richard your attention to detail and total professionalism were very much appreciated indeed. As usual John was also fantastic sorting things for me at short notice and when my health deteriorated fast he didn't hesitate to reorganise things and provide me with a second van at really short notice. If you are moving soon, whether it be down the road or to the other side of the country, I would 100% assure you that you will not find any better service given at the most competitive rates and completed in the most professional and friendly manner. Thank you John and your team, the name "Hero" is very apt as you are all real hero's!

John was really helpful with my move from Sheffield to Manchester. He took a lot of the stress out of moving and even let me ride in the van with him. Great service and really professional, would definitely recommend.

Excellent service. I moved from Sheffield to Leamington and the entire experience was great. Driver arrived on time and I tagged along with him as well. The driver helped with the loading and unloading.

The van was size was fantastic with more than enough space for all my stuff. All in all I would say this was a 10 out of 10 experience.

Excellent service. Under horrible conditions due to heavy snow they worked around breaks in the weather to get the job done over 2 days. Superb communication with me at all times to get a house move completed by the deadline. Even clearing snow on the road in advance! The guys themselves were top notch. Careful with the furniture and always upbeat despite having to work an extra day. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Fantastic service recieved from Hero services when we moved house in December. Couldn't fault the service provided by James and Chris. They ensured that everything was positioned where we wanted it before leaving and were very helpful when we asked if they could collect a wardrobe for us from a family members address in addition to the belongings they brought for us from our old house. Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a removals firm in the Sheffield area.

Our second time using this company and just as perfect as the first. Used them for a 2 bed flat move from Birmingham to Sheffield, with top floor flats at both ends. James and Mark were lovely, did an amazing job, and were very timely. Price has increased since we used them in 2021 (understandably!) but still the cheapest price we found during our research. Recommend to anyone moving in Sheffield and across the UK. Thank you guys.
