I feel I need to comment with regards to the review left by "V" below. There were no lists or we weren't given any! The items were meant to be labelled which they weren't so if we don't ask how is anyone meant to know as her items were being delivered to 2 destination. Therefore needed to be loaded correctly. Her partner said he was there to help (30seconds later both disappeared the the cafe for 90mins) again how do you load if you don't know what is and isn't going. He then disappeared to sheff and she with her bad attitude went and sat in the car like lady of the Manor. Then 2 fish tanks half full with water still . I'd have left them as they were fit for the skip as most of here items were. Giving it the big attitude and tutting. When we arrived at destination she turns up and goes upstairs to bed having done 30 secs of work. He's bullied and she thinks she's top draw. Set of scruffs not £10 between em. Get a life love and it should have been booked as a waste job I wouldn't have put ya gear in my house. And going straight upstairs to rest ya big head was right idea as ya bloke didn't want you moving in! As for damages there wasn't any how would you notice it was rubbish anyway. And my colleague did apologise to your partner why I don't know but it wasn't a jayday so he's not used to it. I'm used to 50 plus hour weeks that's why I've left. We moved with Hero on the first Tuesday of the Easter holidays. Honestly, I cannot recommend this company highly enough. The two men that came to do our move were absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond with their service. They were incredibly polite, efficient and careful with the packing and handling of my belongings. I was also able to add on an extra hour to my package, where they helped my husband build up and position large furniture . Absolutely outstanding service at an excellent price point.

Our team handled this move across the city like true experts, heading to this semi detached house in the heart of Sheffield to help another customer move home. We safely gathered all types of household belongings including a bed & mattress and sofa, navigating them out of the property and loading them with no problem.
After a thorough van check to ensure all belongings were secured and protected with our equipment, we travelled to a block of flats across the city.
All belongings were then unloaded with care and taken up to the customers third floor flat.
Deepcar Done
This job in the village of Deepcar was a special one as we had all of our fleet on call for this home removal.
This move entailed a detached property and our team couldn’t have handled it better, navigating all types of household belongings out of the property, loading them safely.

The next moving day had our Heroes deep within the City Centre as we helped a customer with their flat move. Our team of two movers first got to work with a thorough site check before safely navigating all belongings down flights of stairs and through tight hallways.

Snow Move in Southey Green
We kick-started 2026 in harsh weather conditions with a move in the neighbourhood of Southey Green. Before arriving at the job, we made sure to prepare a safe route in advance.
Once we arrived at the property, we made sure to assess the safest parking place and quickly got to work. With an on-site review put in place to make sure all belongings were navigated out smoothly. Despite the surface being slippery, our PPE ensured there were no problems with loading the van. All belongings were then secured with our moving straps and protected with covers.

Rayleigh to Stocksbridge
It was an early start for our Heroes in this next move as they left the office at 5am in the morning to make the long trip down south to the town of Rayleigh near the city Southend-On-Sea.
Upon travelling to the home, we contacted the customer of the time we would be arriving. Once we arrived, we navigated a safe pathway and loaded everything the customer requested.
Before making the trip back up to Stocksbridge, we secured all items with moving straps and used moving covers to keep them safe throughout the journey. We then handled all the heavy lifting and placed all belongings exactly where the customer wanted them to be in their new property.

The latest for Hero was the village of Deepcar, where we were given the task of helping a customer move all the way to the seaside town of Whitby.
This was a full house move so acknowledging the larger load, we prepared by having two of our very own fleet set off to make the journey North East. Before the trip, we used equipment such as blankets and straps to prevent shifting during transport. When we arrived, we focused on safe handling and lifting techniques to safely settle all types of belongings into the new home, despite the flight of stairs.

The latest for our Heroes was in the area of Burngreave, where we safely handled a customer's entire moving day across the city. Before the job, we made sure to keep in touch with the customer, providing our arrival time and letting them know when we were en-route.
Once on site, our team of two movers had a conversation with the customer and loaded all household belongings requested. This varied from bulky furniture to moving boxes, where each item was treated with care.

The latest for the Heroes was a local house move in the town of Stocksbridge. Where in this job, we were given the task of relocating several pieces of mixed furniture.
Due to handling bulky furniture, our team made sure to assess a clear path-way beforehand, so we could safely load every item. After this, we carefully navigated a bed, dining set, sofa and more out of the property.
Once in our van, we used straps, padding and blankets to keep everything protected during transport. Then once we arrived at the new home, we liaised with the customer to make sure not only every belonging was accounted for, but placed exactly where requested too.

The next local area was the suburb of Bradway, where we helped a customer finalise their house move. For this one, our Heroes managed the relocation of bulky items, such as sofas and beds.

Before organising transport, we protected the belongings with straps and placed the items accordingly to prevent potential shifting. After this, we arrived at the new place where we unloaded everything with no worries.

Arranged next for the Heroes was a moving day in Chapeltown, where we helped a customer move across the same postcode to High Green.

A. With Fargate being a pedestrianised zone, your removal would have to be arranged during early morning delivery hours, which is usually before 10:30am. We recommend booking well in advance, so you can speak to our team.

A. We would have to review in advance the best access point to your property ahead of the move. If there’s no reasonable alternative, we would be able to park on double yellows to ensure your belongings are loaded safely.
